1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of music produced by Next Route ("the Artist"), owned and operated by Beznea Teodor Dorinel. By using any music released by Next Route, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the music.

2. Free Attribution License

Next Route offers a conditional, royalty-free license for use of its music to private, non-commercial content creators only. This is not a blanket or unconditional grant of rights — it is a conditional license that requires strict compliance with the terms set out below.

This free license does not transfer ownership of the music, and all intellectual property rights remain with Next Route at all times.

3. YouTube Use — Attribution Requirement

Free use of Next Route music on YouTube is permitted solely under the following condition:

• The attribution text provided on this website for the relevant track must be copied exactly and clearly displayed in the video description of the YouTube video in which the music is used.
• The attribution must be visible without requiring the viewer to expand or search for it — it should appear prominently in the description.
• Failure to include the correct attribution text constitutes a breach of this license and unauthorised use of the music.

This free YouTube license is available to private, non-commercial creators only. If your channel is monetised, brand-affiliated, or used for any commercial purpose, you require a synchronization license (see Section 4).

4. Commercial Use — Synchronization License Required

A synchronization license must be obtained from Next Route before using any Next Route music in any of the following contexts (this list is not exhaustive):

• Promoting a brand, product, or service
• Advertising or marketing campaigns
• Non-profit or charity campaigns
• Sponsored content or influencer partnerships
• Television, film, radio, or podcast productions
• Any use outside of YouTube (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, websites, apps, events)
• Any monetised content where the music is a primary or significant element
• Corporate presentations, training materials, or internal business communications

5. Rights Protection & Enforcement

Next Route and/or any appointed representative reserves the right to protect its music from harm or infringement at their sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Registering any or all Next Route music with a Content ID system or any other rights management or copyright detection service
• Submitting copyright claims against any content that uses Next Route music without proper authorisation or attribution
• Refusing use of the music to any individual, channel, or organisation at any time and without obligation to provide a reason
• Taking legal action against any party found to be infringing upon Next Route's intellectual property rights

The granting of a free attribution license does not limit or waive Next Route's right to enforce its rights at any time.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not, without prior written authorisation from Next Route:

• Claim ownership of any Next Route music
• Register any Next Route music with a Content ID system or rights management service
• Sublicense, sell, or transfer any rights in the music to a third party
• Alter, remix, or create derivative works for commercial distribution

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, or the use of Next Route music, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.

8. Changes to These Terms

Next Route reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Next Route music following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
